C.O.D. by check. We do take MasterCard and Visa.
Delivery: Because we stock much higher quality product than
most used dealers, we use only the best delivery services and our own trained people.
This assures you of getting the product in the condition you saw it in the
warehouse.
Deliveries in
Picking up your Furniture from OFN
OFN
offers professional delivery and setup of your furniture in your office or your
home at a very reasonable price. However, if you choose, you are welcome to
pick up your purchases to save any delivery charge. The following information
will assure that the pick–up process goes smoothly.
It
is best to give OFN some notice before arriving to pick up your furniture. Some
items require assembly and all need to be inspected. You will minimize any
potential wait by arranging a pick up appointment in advance.
Complete
any necessary payment step with your salesperson or the office before picking
up your furniture. All items to be picked up must be paid in full in advance.
Bring
ropes, tie downs, blankets and tarps. We cannot loan our furniture pads and
ties, so please bring what is necessary to secure your furniture with you.
Clean
the loading area of your vehicle. Having other items in the same loading area
you are using for your furniture makes proper loading difficult and creates the
potential for damage.
Drive
slowly and carefully after your furniture is loaded. Furniture can blow out of
a truck or off a trailer due to rough handling or high speeds even if properly
secured.
OUR
WAREHOUSE STAFF WILL ASSIST WITH THE LOADING AND SECURING YOUR NEW FURNITURE.
HOWEVER, DUE TO THE VARIETY OF VEHICLES USED FOR PICK-UP WE CANNOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSURING THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE PROPERLY LOADED AND SECURE FOR
TRAVEL.
